● Central burner made of cast iron
● The center of the 20 mm well polished plate can reach maximum 500 °C with temperature on the surface decreasing outward, creating differential temperature zone and meeting different heating or warming needs.
● Simultaneously accommodate various sizes of pans on the large cooking surface. One can move pans freely from one temperature zone to another as there is no physical boundary between zones.
● Hi / Lo Flame, with flame supervisory safety device
