- Universal: can hold 12-14 units of GN 1/1 pans and is compatible with almost any brand of oven, including Rational.
- Cabinet: can hold 6-7 units of GN 1/1 pans and is designed for use with CONVOTHERM ovens.
- Open：accommodates 6-7 GN 1/1 pans and is suitable for UNOX ovens.
