filtered through a strainer. This prevents water accumulation on the workstation, ensuring a clean and sanitary

environment.

  • Chopping Board: Provides a reliable area for precise fish preparation tasks.
  • Storage and Accessories: Front-placed hangers for tools and accessories (such as knives and scales).
  • Descaling: Provides a suitable surface for removing fish scales.
